Canadian Aid to Persecuted Christians, Inc. (CAPC) is a Canadian registered not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing legal counsel, financial assistance, and resettlement to persecuted Christians in their country. CAPC is governed by a volunteer board of seven Christian directors from various professional, cultural and denomination backgrounds in Canada. All are passionate about improving the lives and livelihoods of victims of persecution. Some directors are victims of persecution; some have served on refugee committees to resettle refugees and immigrants in their communities.

CAPC seeks to bring together individuals and organizations that defend the right to religious freedom, and are desirous of facilitating assistance to Christians facing persecution. CAPC has a network of trusted friends on the ground in Pakistan to oversee the work of the organization. In Pakistan, we have obtained the services of sympathetic, capable lawyers who have been willing to undertake some of the legal issues/cases despite facing their own safety issues, including death threats.

All administration, fundraising and aid distribution is performed by volunteers; some services are provided gratis or at reduced cost. Expenses associated with running our charitable works include mailbox rental, professional and administrative fees (lawyer, accountant, etc., writers in Pakistan), web hosting, subscription to Grant Solutions for managing fundraising campaigns.
